Construction of demonstrative area of sustainable and highly efficient agricultural technology in Longhai of Fujian and its enlightment

简要回顾了国家级龙海持续高效农业技术示范区三年建设的主要进展 ,提出了建设持续高效农业技术示范区的发展方向 :1农业生产率的提高 ,必须遵循自然生态规则 ,促进生态平衡 ,在开发、利用、保护和重新培植资源与环境的动态过程中来实现 ;2要重视单项技术的突破和组装配套 ,才能推动农业持续高效发展 ;3突出地域特色 ,充分发挥对台农业合作的独特优势 ,促进农业的转型升级 ;4以发展跨世纪现代化农业为目标 ,以实现农业产业化经营为突破口 ,加快农业产业结构调整步伐 ;5组织多学科、跨部门联合攻关 ,着力提升农民科技文化素质。

Main achievements of three\|year construction in national grade demonstration on sustainable and highly efficient agricultural technology in Longhai were briefly reviewed and the development trend of the construction was put forward as follows:① The increase of agricultural productivity needs to comply with the laws of natural ecology, the promotion of ecological balance will be realized through dynamic process of exploiting, utilizing, protecting and re\|nursing resources and environment;② Agricultural science and technology is the motive power for its sustainable and highly efficient development, so needs to pay attention to the breakthrough and assembly of individual technology;③ To highlight regional characteristics, to fully exert the special advantages on agricultural cooperation with Taiwan and to promote the agricultural type transfer and upgrade;④ To aim at developing modern agriculture over the next century and to realize agricultural industrialization management as a breakthrough, to speed up structure adjustment in agricultural industry;⑤ To organize the cooperation of trans\|departments in multiple disciplines to tackle key problems and lay stress on promoting farmers' scientific and cultural quality.
