探讨了燕山大学党委深化干部制度改革的有关做法,并论述了在干部制度改革中扩大干部工作中的民主,贯彻群众公认的原则,正确认识和处理扩大民主、贯彻群众公认原则与党管干部的关系等。

The Party committee of Yanshan University continu- ously deepened the reform in the cadre system.This paper in- troduces their practices and discusses some problems on enha- ncing the democracy in the cadres' working on reforming the cadre system,implementing the established principles,and recognizing and handing the relations between those two as- pects and that the Party administrates cadres.
