Strengthen the Building of Teaching Quality Monitoring System and Improve the Quality of Qualified Personnel

加强教学质量监控,是提高人才培养质量的一项重要措施。我院在教学工作中,注意加强教学质量监控网络、监控制度、评价体系、监控程序、监控信息管理系统建设,教学工作规范、有序,教学质量稳步提高。教学质量是高校一个永恒的主题,是一个动态的概念。进一步加强教学质量监控,必须提高教师自觉的质量意识;发挥教研室在监控中的主体作用;树立全面质量管理的观念;按新的质量观、人才观,加强质量评价标准的研究。

To strengthen the monitoring of teaching quality is an important measure to foster the qualified personnel. In the process of teaching,our university paid attention to the monitoring of teaching quality network,system,assessment system etc.. So that our work conforms to the standard, and the teaching quality is improved. In order to further improve the monitoring of teaching quality,we should foster new ideas of sense of quality,sense of qualified personnel,and do much research on the standard of quality assessment.
