Expression and Significance of Bak in Bladder Transitional Cell Carcinoma

目的 :研究促凋亡基因蛋白Bak在膀胱移行细胞癌组织中的表达与意义 .方法 :应用免疫组织化学SABC方法检测 49例膀胱移行细胞癌组织中Bak的表达 .结果 :49例膀胱移行细胞癌组织中 ,Bak表达 2 7例 (5 5 .1% ) ,其阳性率随膀胱癌病理分级、临床分期的上升而降低 ;6例正常膀胱组织中 ,Bak阳性仅 1例 (16 .7% ) ,Bak在膀胱癌组织中的表达强于正常对照组 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :促凋亡基因蛋白Bak在大多数膀胱移行细胞癌组织中有不同程度的表达 ,Bak基因可能参与膀胱移行细胞癌的凋亡调节 。

AIM:To elucidate the expression of proapoptosis gene protein Bak in bladder transitional cell carcinoma and the significance of Bak in bladder transitional cell carcinoma genesis.METHODS:The expression of Bak in 49cases of bladder transitional cell carcinoma was detected by Streptavidin-Biotin-peroxidase Complex (SABC) methods.RESULTS:Bak immunoreactivity was detected in 27 out of 49 cases of bladder transitional cell carcinoma,the worse the grading and staging,the lower the presence of Bak;1 out of normal control , the expression of Bak in bladder transitional cell carcinoma was higher than that in normal control ( P <0.05).CONCLUSIONS:The results suggested that proapoptosis gene protein Bak are differently expression in most bladder transitional cell carcinoma,Bak gene may take part in the modulation of apoptosis in bladder transitional cell carcinoma and the expression of Bak is closely related with the degree of bladder transitional cell carcinoma tissue differentiation.
