本文从体育活动具有增强体质、发泄、娱乐、磨炼意志、变换情绪等功能 ,阐述了体育活动对抵制和调节不良情绪是一种极好的方法 。
Sports have many functions,such as building up the people's willpower and changing moods,which expounds that sports is a better way to resist and adjust unhealthy moods,Hence,its advantages are incomparable with those of any kinds if ways.
