摘要
随着NGN（下一代通信网络）的发展，呼叫中心也在不断的进步。本文从设计原则、逻辑结构、网络连接，系统功能这几方面提出了基于NGN技术呼叫中心的建设要求．对建设NGN呼叫中心具有参者作用。
With the NGN（Next Generation Network）development,call center has also been progress.In this paper,design principles,logical structure,network connections,the system functions in these areas made a call center based on NGN technology requirements of the building,the construction of NGN for call center as a reference.
