Teaching and scientific researching are two important aspects of higher learning institutions.This article arranges and summerizes the relevant materials based on the involvement for many yearsin the management of the teaching and researching work of Ningde Teaeher College and some brief analysis has been made of the current state of teaching and researching. And some discussion about the urgentproblems also has been carried out.
