知识经济初见端倪 ,教育改革不断引向纵深 ,高师教学改革必须彻底摒弃传统观念 ,树立创新意识 ,从课堂教学主渠道入手 ,构建课程设置创新体系 ,全面提高教师素质 ,优化课堂教学 ,培养创新教育的合格教师 .

The general shape of knowledeg economy has appeared and educational reform has beendeepening.Teaching reforms in teachers colleges should put on end to traditonal concepts and innovativeawareness has to be nurtured; contruction of the innovative systems of the syllabus should start from classroom teaching-the main educational channel. The quality of teachers has to be improved comprehensivelyand classroom teaching is optimized so that innovative and qualitid teachers can he cultivated.
