摘要
体育教师工作能力的评价 ,是体育教育工作者研究的热点问题之一 .采用定量方法评价体育教师的工作能力 ,可使评价结果更加客观和精确 ,并且操作简便 。
It has been one of the hot issues on the evaluation of PE teachers' capacity,which is discussed among PE educational workers Eveluated by means of quantitative methods,the result of the evaluation will be not only more objective and accurate but also easy to be operated and populized.
