摘要
以N2气为载气携带TiCl4通过γ-Al2O3床,使TiCl4吸附在γ-Al2O3表面上.测定TiCl4的穿透曲线和吹扫曲线,这对研究TiCl4在γ-Al2O3表面上的动态吸附行为是很重要的.
TiCl4 is adsorbed onto the surface of r -- Al2O3 by using N2 as a carrier. Both breakthrough curve and blowing out curve of TiCl4 are experimentally drawn up, which are of significance for the study on the kinetic adsorption of TiCl4 on the surface of r - Al_2O_3
