SEM在Pd—Al_2O_3催化剂研究中的应用

摘要 用SEM研究了经物理化学方法处理前后的Al_2O_3载体的表面形貌,和在相同载体上用不同方法制备的Pd-Al_2O_3催化剂上钯粒子的大小和分布;用小角X射线散射法测定了催化剂上钯粒子的统计尺寸和大致分布。SAXS的分析结果与SEM结果对照认为二者基本上是吻合的。 In the paper we studied the surface appearance of Al_3O_3 carrier that was treated foreand-aft by physical chemistry method, and the size and distribution of palladium particle on the catalysts. The micrographic images of the surface appearance of Al_2O_3 and, of the palladium particle on the catalysts are obtained by the technique of the SEM. The statistical analysis of the size and distribution of the palladium particle on the catalysts that are prepared in different ways on the same carrier are got by the SAXS. Comparing the datum analyzed by the SAXS with the results by the SEM, they coincide with each other.
