国家市场经济立法是直接关系着市场经济法律体系的建立的。社会主义市场经济法律体系的框架，按法律类别划分较为科学。为了完善市场经济法律体系，在社会主义法制建设中要正确处理好四种关系。

Legislation of the national market economy is closely related to the establishment of the legal system of the market economy. The author holds that such a legal system is best classified accord- ing to the legal categories and that four types of relationships must be properly handled in order to retain its perfection.
