摘要 ZnO and MnO 2 doped PbTiO 3 nanometer powders have been prepared by using titanium butoxide (Ti(OC 4H 9) 4) and lead acetate (Pb(Ac) 2·3H 2O) as starting materials, acetic acid (HAc) and methanol (CH 3OH) as catalyst and solvent, respectively, and Zn(Ac) 2 and Mn(NO 3) 2 as dopants. High density and crack free PbTiO 3 ceramics were obtained. Electrical measurement indicates that the ceramics has lower dielectric constant, dielectric loss, and especially low surrounding moisture effect.
