增殖细胞核抗原在肺癌中表达的意义

Expression of proliferating cell nuclear anting in human pulmonary carcinoma and its significance

目的 探讨增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)在肺癌中的表达及其临床意义。方法 应用免疫组织化学ABC法对69例肺癌组织及其对应的正常肺组织进行了PCNA的检测。结果 在正常肺组织中无PCNA表达,而在69例肺癌组织中PCNA均呈阳性表达,二者差异显著(P<0.01)。PCNA标记指数与肺癌的组织学分级明显相关(P<0.01)。在有淋巴结转移的肺癌组织中PCNA标记指数明显高于无淋巴结转移的肺癌组织中的PCNA标记指数(P<0.01)。结论 检测PCNA有助于对肺癌术后转移及复发的监测并指导术后综合治疗。

Objective: To investigate the expression of proliferating cell nuclear anting(PCNA) in human pulmonary carcinoma and to assess its clnical significance.Method: Using immunohistochemistry avidin - biotin - peroxidase complex(ABC) method to determine PCNA in the fresh cancer tissues and the normal lung tissues of 69 resected pulmonary carcinoma cases. Results: PCNA was detected in all of the 69 cancer tissues,but it was not detected in normal lung tissues, there was a significant between the two groups( P < 0.01) .The laleling index of PCNA was higher in the group of low grade differentiation and lymph node metastasis than that in the group of high grade differentiation and no lymph node metastasis ( P < 0.01) . Conclusion: To detect PCNA in pulmonary carcinoma tissue will be helpful to supervise the metastasis and recurrence and to guide the comprehensive treatment postoperative.
