摘要
Powder products are widely used in various fields such as papermaking, electronics industry and cosmetics nowadays. Requirements for powder products bave become more and more strict, such as the particle size, the sise distribution and tbe cleanness. This paper puts forward a new way for ultra-fine grinding of powders, that is, applying DIA-jet (direct injection abrasive jet) in powder ultra-fine grinding. Its mechanism is discussed . Experiments on the fine grinding of mica, kaolin, soft clay and calcium bicarbonate powders have been carried out with a DIA-jet device in our laboratory. The experimental results show that it is an effective way for powder fine grinding.
