摘要
某型号导弹在飞行过程中,附加在平台上的致冷软管在振动过载作用下,对平台产生的振动响应能否影响平台工作性能,需要通过振动试验来预示和验证。文章对平台—阻尼减振器系统的传递率和固有频率进行了理论分析和计算,介绍了试验技术和分析过程.试验结果表明,有无致冷软管及软管里有无充气对平台的响应基本上没有影响,平台—阻尼减振器系统的技术指标满足设计要求,其抗随机振动性能良好。
During flying of the missile,under the over loading of the vibration,the frigorific hose being attached to the platform produces the vibrational response,whether will influence the performance of the platform,this needs indicate and verify through the vibratory experiment.The paper gives the theoretical analysis and calculation about transmit rate and inherent frequency of the platform-damper,and the paper gives a brief introduction of the technology and analysis about the experiment.It is shown from the experimental results that the response of the platform can not be basically influenced regardless of the frigorific hose or charge in the hose,and that every technological target of the platform-damper is in good agreement with the design demand.In addition,its performance is well for resisting the random vibration.
