微机控制铬盐回转窑喂料计量系统设计

摘要 在生产铬盐的回转窑中,喂料的均匀性和稳定性直接影响着回转窑内的热工过程、化学反应和产品产量及质量,本文介绍了一种微机控制铬盐回转窑喂料计量系统,实现向回转窑的稳定喂料.文中着重介绍了系统的结构、微机控制系统的硬件和软件设计方法。 The uniformity and stability of feeding material directly affect the heat processing, chemical reaction, yield and quality of the chromic salt in the rotary kiln. This paper introduces a microcompuler control feeding material and weighting system applied in rotary kiln for chromic salt. The uniformity and stability of feeding material could be realized by the system. Particularly discussed are the design methods of the structure, hardware and software of the microcomputer control system in this paper.
