摘要
近年来南京近郊很难采集到变形虫、草履虫、水螅等常见水生实验动物。通过水螅的急性毒性试验 ,证明洗衣粉对水螅具有急性毒性作用 。
In recent years,it is difficult to collect common aquatic experimental animals.By means of acute toxic experiment,the acute toxicity of detergent to Hydra oligatis was testified,and its quantity shows that the pollution of detergent is one of the causes of the decrease of Hydra oligatis.
