摘要
本文阐述了皮质醇的生理代谢 ,及与运动有关的生物学作用。对皮质醇在不同运动状态下的分泌特点和机制进行分析。
The author explains physiological metabolism of cortisol,and its biological function that is connected with sports.The author also analyses the characteristics of excretion of cortisol and its mechanism in different conditions of sports,and the role played by cortisol in the evaluation of functions.
