高师音乐专业往届生的素质较差 ,二十一世纪对音乐教师提出了更高的要求 ,现代独生子女考生们具有较好素质 ,而传统高师音乐专业的面试方法已显著落后 ,必须加以改革 ,高科技的使用也促使改革必须进行 ,目的是适应二十一世纪对音乐教师的要求 ,为考生们营造一个公平竞争的机会 。

In the past,the quality of the examiness for music speciality was not so desireable.But now,the only children of the families are different.They are of better quality.The 21st century has set a higher requirement to the music teachers. The traditional method of interviewing the examinees in the normal colleges can't fit the new situation and must be reformed.High technology has also made it necessary for the reform to be carried out.Our aim is to creat a fair environment for the examinees,and for the colleges to choose the most talented ones to meet the need of the 21st century.
