试论语文教学的素质观

On Language Teaching Quality

语文教学必须强调知识、能力、素质的辩证统一。语文素质首先是个人的基本素质 ,然后是语文知识和语文智能的参入与融合。

The dialectical unification of knowledge,ability and quality must be stressed in language teaching.When we say language quality,we mean first the fundamentral quality of the individual,and then the language knowledge and performance.We must act according to this integrated principle on quality in language teaching.
