文章理清了当前做好大学生思想政治工作的思路 ,指出应抓好“发、引、完、重、加”五个字。在这个基础上应采取相应的举措 ,认真实施 ,强调确立高校思想政治工作“重在建设”的指导思想和既服从服务于“中心” ,又保持相对独立性的工作方针 ;同时正确处理“改革”与“继承”的关系、“大环境”与“小环境”的关系 ;切实提高做好大学生的思想政治工作的能力 ,改进工作方法。
