This thesis is about the increase of the number of the enrollees of schools named Luxue and the Xiangshi Examination because of the country gentry's contributions of Jiangxi Province during the Peasant Uprising of Taipingtianguo. In order to put down the rebellion, Qing's emperor demaned the country gentry to contribute money to pay the Xiangjun soldier's pay and provision and the outlay of gunboat, and also to set up local armed forces named Tualilian. As for the repay, not only the donors themselves were reworded, but also the numbers of the enrollees named Juren in the Xiangshi Examination and the enrollees named Shengyuan of the Luxue schools of the donor's county wer both increased. This thesis arranges in tables both the two kind of increase.
