国有企业改革已经取得一定的成效 ,但同时也暴露出一些问题。本文从加强立法工作 ,严厉打击侵害企业改制的犯罪活动及加强执法队伍建设三个方面加以论述 ,为全面推进国有企业改革的发展 。

The reform of state-owned enterprises has achieved some success, meanwhile some problems also arise. The following article focuses on enhancing the making of law, cracking down any infringement of the reform and strenghening the construction of the law-enforcing teams so as to advance the reform of state-owned enterprises on all sides, create and improve the sound law environment.
