On Deng Xiaoping's Democracy Legal System

邓小平同志在总结历史经验的基础上 ,对民主法制思想作出巨大的理论贡献 ,对于积极推进依法治国的基本方略有着极其重要的意义。本文着重从法制思想、法治原则、法治的出发点。

Based on the historical experience Deng gave great contribution to the theory of democracy and legal system. It is of momentous significance in improving the general plan of the administration of the country allording to the law. This article aims at expounding Deng's theorical contribution in the thought of the legal system, the principle starting, point, core of ruling in law and so on.
