摘要 A theoretical model about the secondary deformation is developed by the combination of analytical and experimental approaches. A system simulation based on the model is completed to predict the strip profile after the interstand deformation. On the other hand, comprehensive experiments and quantitative comparisons are made to calibrate the model for a wide variety of products. As a result, the correction of the model has been verified by the actual rolling data from production mill and it is helpful to improve the strip shape control.
