摘要
本文提出了在城网改造中应建立 ＧＩＳ系统，并提出了城网改造 ＧＩＳ的系统目标和 实体框架，同时，也客观地分析了制约城网改造 ＧＩＳ建立的因素及目前改善的现 状。
The essay indicates that GIS should be applied in urban electric grid reform, and also puts forth the aim and frane in urban electric grid reform, It also analyses the factors that restrait the Gls applied in grid reform and its present stair.
