鞏膜隧道自闭式切口白内障超聲乳化术1000例临床分析

Clinical evaluation of 1000 - case phacoemulsification with sderal tunnel self - sealing indsion

目的 評價鞏膜隧道自閉式切口白内障超聲乳化術的方法和療效。方法 采用6mm反眉狀隧道小切口,對1000例(1082只眼)老年性、并發性、先天性和外傷性白内障行超聲乳化術。结果 術后3天、1個月、3個月和6個月裸眼視力或矯正視力≥0.5者,分别占56％、80％、81％和83％。結論 鞏膜隧道自閉式切口白内障超聲乳化術具有術后早期恢復視力和减少角膜散光的優點。

Objective To evaluate the method and effect of phacoemulsification with scleral tunnel self - sealing incision. Methods Phacoemulsification was performed through 6 mm antisuperciliary arch scleral tunnel incision in 1000 cases (1082 eyes ) with senile, complicated, congenital or traumatic cataract. Results The postoperative visual acuity with or without correction was 0.5 or better in 56%, 80% , 81 % and a 83% of cases, respectively at 3 days, 1 month, 3 months or 6 months postoperatively. Conclusion Phacoemulsification with scleral tunnel self- sealing incision can improve vision acuity sooner and cut down the degree of comeal astigmatism.
