渦静脈、睫状后长动脈在眼内异物定位中的应用

Use of votex vein and long posterior ciliary artery in location of intraocular foreign body

目的 探討渦静脉、睫狀后長動脉在眼内异物,尤其是后極部异物定位診斷中的應用價值。方法 對26例(26只眼)眼内异物患者,先行X绕縫環定位后,以渦静脉、睫狀后長動脉的鞏膜表面標志作參考,確定切口位置,摘出异物。結果 异物摘出率100％。18例術后視力有不同程度提高,1例視力下降,7例視力不變。結論 渦静脉、睫狀后長動脉鞏膜表面標志對眼内异物具有可靠的輔助定位作用。

Objective To explore the value of votex vein and long posterior ciliary artery in location of intraocular foreign body (IOFB), especially the foreign body in posterior pole of eye ball. Methods First, 26 eyes with IOFB were sewed to a localizer and underwent x-ray . Then with referring to with mark of votex vein and posterior ciliary artery or the surface of the solera, the incision could be located in order to extract the foreign body Results The success rate was 100% . Postoperative vision were improved in 18 cases, lowered in 1 case ,unchanged in 7cases. Conclusion The votex vein and long posterior ciliary artery have reliable role in location of IOFB.
