改良小梁切除术聯合白内障摘除术治疗殘余性青光眼

Remaining glaucoma treated by a combination of reformed trabeculectomy and cataract extracton

目的 本文用拱形鞏辦膜下咬切聯合早期白内障摘除術治療殘余性青光眼24例28眼,術后随訪3-26個月,平均11.6個月。結果 術后眼壓控制率為100％,無術中、術后嚴重并發症。結論 本二聯手術是治療殘余性青光眼的有效方法。

Objective This essay is about a new kind of cure of remaining glaucoma by a combined surgery of punching a tunnel under the arched sclera valve and cataract extraction. 28 eyes of the 24 cases have been successfully treated and intraocular pressure were controlled, in all cases during the follow - up of 3 to 26 months, averaging 11.6 months. No severe complications occured in or after the operations. The result shows that the method is reliable and effective.
