角膜内非金属异物瓣膜下取出术的疗效观察

Observation of effects of extracting non - metal corneal foreign bodies from under cornea valve

目的 探讨角膜内非金属异物瓣膜下取出術的方法及臨床效果。方法 做大于异物淺層角膜瓣,基底舆角鞏缘平行,结合粘彈剂的應用和虹膜恢復器顶托法将异物取出。结果 所有病例除一例脱入前房经角膜切口取出外,其余病例全部用该方法取出,成功率96.43％。结论 角膜内非金属异物瓣膜下取出術经臨床觀察,安全可靠效果好,是一種新的方法。

objective To probe into the way and clinical effects of extracting non - metal corneal foreign body from under cornea valval. Methods In 30 eyes of 28 patients, we made corneal valvae which had bigger size than foreign bodies, with their bases parallel to the comeal scleral rims. Viscoelastic materials and iris repositors were used to extract the foreign bodis. Results On one patient, the corneal foreign body was extracted through comeal incision beacause it fell into the anterior chamber.The foreign body on the others was extracted successfully by this way. The effective rate was 96.43% . Conclusion It is an effective and safe method to extract the corneal foreign bodies under corneal valva.
