信息网络化、智能化、全球化 ,正成为世纪之交世界迈向信息化社会的主要趋势。为迎接二十一世纪知识经济时代的机遇和挑战 ,大连必须适应这种趋势 。
The mainstream of the information society in the 21st century is the global share of information by internet, as well as the information intellectualization. Dalian should adjust itself in time to this trend by developing the information industry into its primary backbone to meet the opportunities and the challenges in the knowledge\|based economy era.
