为什么说我国非公有制经济已不再是“补充”,而是社会主义市场经济的重要组成部分 ?文章认为 :这既是依据我国所有制结构变化和非公有制经济发展的现实作出的正确判断 ,也是从战略上调整国有经济布局和改组国有企业的需要 ,从近年来非公有制经济在我国经济社会发展中的重要作用看 ,也是如此。

Why should we say that the non\|state\|owned economy is no logner supplement but a vital component of the socialist market economy in our country? This paper holds that this is a correct judgment in accordance with the shift of the ownership system and the development of the non\|state\|owned economy. It's also true for the necessity of regulating the overall arrangement of the state\|owned economy strategically, and of reorganizing the state\|owned enterprises. The key role the non\|state\|owned economy plays in the development of economy in our country proves the correctness of such judgment.
