水资源有效配置中产权问题的研究

Study of the problems of water propoerty right in the effective distribution of water resources

依据南水北调中线工程法制建设研究课题的发现 ,研究了水资源产权和水资源优化配置的辩证关系 ,在分析我国水资源产权现状的基础上 。

Based on the findings in the legal systematic study of the middle route project for the south to north water transfer, this paper studies the relations between the water property right and the water transfer. By analyzing the present situation of the water property right in China, the author proposes the reform of the water property right.
