摘要
国际贸易惯例在国际贸易实务中具有重要的作用。文章分析了国际贸易惯例的类型 ,阐述了国际贸易惯例的重要性 ,剖析了《2 0 0 0年国际贸易术语解释通则》中 4组 13种术语的主要特点及内容 。
The international trade practice is of much significance in the international trade affairs. This paper analyzes the types of the practice, expatiates on its essentiality, elaborates the “Incoterms 2000” about its important characteristics and the contents of thirteen terms in four groups and points out some problems worthy of special attention.
