摘要
力求使科技新闻传播社会化及大众化 ,就必须改变传统的思维传播模式 ,充分考虑报道的应用价值、知识价值、宣传价值和受众的接受程度 ,培养一支专家学者型的传播队伍。只有这样 ,科技新闻传播才能从总体上体现“科教兴国”战略 。
It's absolutely necessary to change the model of the promotion of the traditional thinking method so as to achieve the publicity and the popularity of the science news promotion. To cultivate specialists and experts in news promotion, many factors such as the value of application, the value of knowledge, the value of promotion and the degree of acceptance of audience, should be well taken into account. Only in this way can science news promotion give expression to the strategy of “flourishing our country through science and education”, thus getting effective results on the accomplishment of science and technology.Key words: audience; publicity; popularity; flourishing our country through science and educationnd controlling.Meanwhile formulating and implementing Hi-tech industry policies must abide by the following several principles:system harmony, combination of encouragement and domination as well as combination of anticipation and operation.
