Thermodynamic law of interaction between modification element and alloy melt has been analyzed, and the effect of modification element on electrical resistivity of melt has been studied. It was found that, in a certain range of concentration, there exists a ‘node’ where the alloy melt reconstruction will occur. An extreme value appeared in the relationship curve of melt’s resistivity and modification element’s concentration corresponding to the ‘node’, where the solidified structure of the alloy changed remarkably.
