摘要
本文指出了洒布管道清洗操作中存在的问题并提出了新的清洗方案 ,分析计算了车载式沥青洒布管道内的沥青流动阻力 ,并从理论和实践上证明了利用发动机排气对沥青洒布管道进行清洗的可行性 .
In this paper,theoretical calculation of pitch resistance in the pitch tube of a mobile pitch truck is made.The engine exhaust pressure and temperature of 492Q gas engine are discussed.The feasibility of cleansing pitch sprinkler with engine exhaust is proved theoretically and in practice.
