WTO and the Intellectual Property Protection for China's Enterprises

WTO 对知识产权保护的总体要求集中反映《在与贸易(包括假冒商品贸易)等有关的知识产权协议》(TRIPS)中通过对TRIPS 主要原则与特点的介绍，指出了我国企业知识产权保护存在的主要差距，提出面对加入W TO 后知识产权保护的新局面国内企业应采取的对策。
