Grasping the WTO Rules to Protect Business Interest: China's Current Situations and Relevant Strategy in the Anti-dumping Matters

通过分析WTO《反倾销协议》内容及中国企业面临的严峻的反倾销形势，提出了政府及企业针对反倾销的对策，指出这种对策的核心是在把握国际经济规则的前提下，运用国际规则积极应诉才能够有效保护企业利益。

］ By means of analysing the contents of WTO'S agreeme nt on anti-dump ing and the severe situation of anti-dumping that our enterprises should encoun ter with, the author proposes the goverment and enterprises' countermeasures aga inst anti-dumping. Under precondition of commanding international economic regu lation the author also suggests that core of the countermeasures be lying in uti lizing international regulation to answer suits positively for the purpose of pr otesting our enterprises' benefits. ［
