A Study on Human Resource Development in Fujian Province

通过对福建省人力资源现状及其原因的分析，提出必须从控制人口增长，实施科教兴省战略，创立良好环境，发展创新体系，建立健全相关法规等方面措施来做好福建省的人力资源开发。

］ By analysing the status quo of human resource of Fu jian Province an d its causality, the author suggests that some measures should be taken to devel op human resource of Fujian Province. They are as follows: Controlling populatio n growth; implementing the strategy of inspiring the province by sicence and edu cation; setting up excellent environment; developing initiating system; and buil ding perfect regulation and so on. ［
