摘要
基于拆解过程的随机性特征,结合定义的费用可拆解度概念,构建了产品拆解费用评估的理论模型。应用最大熵原理的方法进行了拆解费用理论概率分布函数的确定,并设计了相应的求解算法。通过仿真试验验证了所提出模型的合理性和所提出方法的有效性。
Considering the random characteristics of the product disassembly process,introducing the defined concept of the cost disassemblability degree,a theoretical model was established for the assessment of the product disassembly cost.The probability distribution function of the disassembly cost was determined using the maximum entropy principle,and its solving algorithm was designed.A simulation was performed to verify the rationality of the proposed model and the effectiveness of the corresponding algorithm.
