某舰护航官兵口腔健康状况调查分析

Oral health status survey and analysis of escort staffs in a vessel

目的了解护航官兵口腔健康状况,为采取防治措施提供依据。方法对某舰护航官兵进行口腔检查,调查官兵龋齿、牙周疾病、第三磨牙阻生及口腔疾病病史和状况,对结果进行分析。结果某舰护航官兵龋齿、牙周疾病、智齿冠周炎及口腔溃疡的发生率分别为22.7%、80.9%、20.0%及25.2%。结论护航官兵对口腔卫生保健有需求,应该采取措施来预防口腔疾病的发生。

Objective To survey the oral health status among escort staffs in a vessel and provide feasible preventive and therapeutic measures.Methods The status of caries teeth,periodontitis,blocked third molar and medical history of oral disease were surveyed and analysed.Results The survey results showed that the prevalence of caries teeth,periodontal disease,third molaris and dental ulcer among escort staffs in the vessel is 22.7%,80.9%,20.0% and 25.2% respectively.Conclusion The results indicates that there are demands for oral medical care for escort staffs and measures should be taken to prevent the occurance of oral disease.
