摘要
通过对化学镀镍 -铬 -磷合金工艺的研究 ,在碱性溶液中获得了含铬达 2 .85at%非晶态合金镀层 ,并分析研究了化学镀镍 -铬 -磷合金的沉积过程及耐蚀性能。
Electroless amorphous Ni-Cr-P alloy coating with 2.85at% Cr was plated in basic plating baths.The results indicated that the structure of the coating mainly depended on the P content.Dispite the low Cr content,the Cr could significantly improve the passivity.
