摘要
现代物流仓储规模及业务的不断扩展,现行仓储监测系统不足以满足应用需要,迫切需要智能化仓储监测系统来完成对现代仓储的全面管理和监测.本文将无线传感器网络引入到仓储监测中,构成部署灵活的分布式实时动态监测系统,克服了传统仓储监测系统的技术缺陷.监测系统采用B/S/W分布式三层软件架构,操作应用简便、易维护及高可扩展性.无线传感器网络监测节点采用高集成度的SOC芯片,构成小体积、低能耗、高效率的多路传感器监测设备,可同时监测多路现场信息.
Modern warehousing and logistics businesses continue to expand as the economy develops. The size of the existing warehouse monitoring systera is incapable to meet the clients' needs. Therefore, there is an urgent need to apply intelligentialized monitoring system to monitor and manage the storage warehouse. This paper introduces the wireless sensor network into warehouse monitoring system, which realizes a distributed real-time monitoring system and avoids the disadvantages of traditional monitoring system. The monitoring system uses B/S/W distributed three-tier software architecture and bears the features of simple operation, easy maintenance and high scalability. The monitor nodes of wireless sensor networks use highly integrated SOC chips which have the features of small size, low power, high efficiency and multiple-sites monitoring functions.
