促肝细胞生长素治疗急性乙型肝炎120例疗效观察

The Therapeutic Effect Assessment of Promoting Hepatocyte Growth Factor on Acute Hepatitis B

目的:对促肝细胞生长素治疗急性乙型肝炎的疗效进行观察。方法:将全部乙肝病人随机分成治疗组(120例)和对照组(106例),比较两组在谷丙转氨酶(SALT)、总胆红素(TBIL)、直接胆红素(DBIL)及临床症状等方面的疗效。结果:治疗组在临床症状、SALT、TBIL、DBIL等方面的疗效明显优于对照组。结论:促肝细胞生长素能明显改善临床症状,降酶、退黄时间快,优于常规治疗,值得临床推广。

Objective: To observe the therapeutic effects of promoting hepatocyte growth factor(PHGF) on acute hepatitis B. Methods: All acute hepatitis B were randomly divided into treatment group(120 cases) and control group(106 cases). The therapeutic results of clinical sign, SALT, TBIL, DBIL were compared and studied between two groups. Result: The therapeutic effects of PHGF in clinical sign, SALT, TBIL, DBIL are much better than control group. Conclusion: PHGF can improve obviously clinical sign. Reducing gluarnie-pyruvic transaminase and decreasing jaundice of PHGF are much fast than cantrol group.
