摘要
素质教育是新世纪和高科技社会的要求 ,日益被人们所重视。文章阐述了素质教育的必要性 。
Aptitude education being the requirement of the new century and high tech society,has been arousing increasing attention. This paper has expounded the necessity to implement aptitude education and put forward some suggestions on practicing the aptitude education.
