In this article, the writer, who supports the idea of lifelong physical education, has brought up a question that the teaching in school physical education should be normalized and concrititzed, and emphasized that the teaching programmes should be operated facilely, definitely and practically and tried hard to find out a teaching way that completely meets the needs of lifelong physical education.
