Intellectual Economy and the Remaking of University Students' Personality

本文试图通过分析知识经济的特征与人才培养之间的关系，提出知识经济呼唤大学生的人格塑造这 一命题，同时通过对当代中国大学生现实人格的透视进一步论证知识经济时代大学生人格塑造的迫切性， 最后阐述了知识经济时代大学生人格塑造的原则与实施。

This article first raises a proposition that intellectual economy appeals for the remaking of university students' personality through analysing the characteristics of intellectual economy and its link to the personnel development. Secondly, by investigating the existing personality of modern university students, it stresses the urgency of making a new personality in the time of intellectual economy. Finally, it proposes the principles of personality remaking and demonstrates its implementation.
