口服避孕药治疗青春期功能性出血的临床效果

Effectiveness of oral contraceptives on acute dysfunctional uterine bleeding in adolescent patients

目的 探讨口服避孕药治疗青春期功能失调性子宫出血的临床效果.方法 回顾性分析 2007年2月～2009年4月在本院妇科门诊就诊的青春期功能失调性子宫出血108例患者,随机分为去氧孕烯炔雌醇片组56例,炔雌醇环丙孕酮片组52例,观察治疗效果.结果 去氧孕烯炔雌醇片组与炔雌醇环丙孕酮片组出血控制时间、出血停止时间、复发率均相似,且不良反应少.结论 口服避孕药临床使用方便、价格便宜、不良反应少,患者更容易接受.尤其适用于青春期功能失调性子宫出血的门诊治疗,值得临床推广应用.

Objective To investigate the clinical effectiveness of oral contraceptives on acute dysfunctional uterine bleeding （DUB） in adolescent patients. Methods The clinical data of 108 adolescent DUB patients admitted from January 2007 to April 2008 were analyzed retrospectively. 56 patients were treated with marvelon, and 52 patients with Diane- 35. Results There were no differences between the two groups in terms of days needed to control DUB, days of the cease of bleeding, and recurrence. Both groups had low frequency of side-effects. Conclusion The oral contraceptives were effective in the treatment of acute DUB in adolescent patients.
